It started because of a statement where she said "I don't mind being with my ex, because even though we were together we never had a cardinal relationship." At which point, we kind of stopped, and looked at her not quite understanding what she said. Then I asked, "Did you mean 'carnal'?"

That's when Lyle face planted into the carpet killing himself laughing. I decided it was high time I started making a video.

Diet completely changed, exercising 4 - 5 times a week, 40 minutes when I go.
